Shipping days for us happens on Thursday weekly. Processing times are 4-7 business days after processed payment. Please adhere and understand our shipping policy completely before reaching out about an order. Check your email for tracking updates!
We have a no return policy, which means you have no option after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact and file a report with USPS immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
